International Marketing Strategy:


This course has two related objectives. The first is to broaden your sensitivity to different cultural, socio-economic and legal environments encountered in the global marketplace. The second is to increase your skills in developing and implementing international marketing strategies and programs in diverse contexts.

You will learn how to appreciate the external and firm factors that shape the global marketing manager’s job; how to evaluate when and how firms should use different market entry strategies; when and how to standardize or adapt marketing programs in different global markets.
